Having documents signed before a notary provides assurance to others that an individual signed the document. A notary public is a person who can serve as an official witness to the signing of various different legal documents. A notary also has the ability of certifying documents to be true copies of the original. Furthermore, a notary has the authority to administer oaths, solemn affirmations, and declarations that are used for affidavits and statutory declarations.
Please note that you may fill out any information required but you must sign the documents in the physical presence of a Notary. We cannot make an exception to this rule.
